What’s the Job?

• Lead and develop a team of up to 30 employees across maintenance and support functions
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of molding and production equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Manage budgets, control costs, and implement lean manufacturing initiatives

What’s Needed?

• 5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC)
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment (non-food preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex equipment and systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
