Maintenance Manager


Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, plant utilities, and facility systems. This role oversees maintenance personnel, drives equipment reliability, manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to maximize plant performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage maintenance supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
  • Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and overall maintenance performance.
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and CMMS utilization.
  • Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, repairs, installations, and capital projects.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve equipment, processes, and safety.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.
  • Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning, and reliability programs.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred; technical degree or equivalent experience considered.
