Maintenance Manager Opportunity (💲100k–130k)

The JUDGE GROUP is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead equipment and facility maintenance in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee a skilled tech team, drive equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient production.

Highlights:

• Lead & develop maintenance technicians
• Oversee production, packaging, utilities & refrigeration systems
• Strengthen PM/PDM programs to cut downtime
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, FDA & OSHA compliance
• Manage vendors, spare parts & maintenance budgets
• PLC troubleshooting & controls experience required (Allen‑Bradley preferred)
