Job Description
The Dartmouth Group is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its HOA community in Westborough, MA.
Daily responsibilities:
- Walk and inspect community for maintenance concerns and repairs.
- Perform basic plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Inspect the working function of the mechanical equipment and contact contractors for repair.
- Oversee HVAC, elevators with a split HVAC system, rooftop HVAC, and heat pumps.
- Assist with monitoring progress of capital projects,.
- Maintain on-call and respond to emergencies during nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Department of One; no direct reports.
- Other duties as requested.
Annual salary: $65K-$75K.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements; electrical and plumbing codes; HVAC; State / local government and OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements; (documentation, safety, required reporting,
regulations, etc.) - Customer service driven; team oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Ability to prioritize task, manage time, and work efficiently.
- Proactive, takes the initiative, and follow-up timely.
