Part Time HOA Manager

Description

Tarantino Properties Inc is looking for an experienced Part Time HOA Manager to oversee a high-rise community, Westgrove Tower Condominiums in Raleigh, NC.

This Manager will interact with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members. This detail-oriented and experienced HOA Manager will have a strong background in administrative tasks and problem solving.

Duties:

• Answering community questions via phone and email.
• Maintaining policy and records.
• Collecting HOA fees.
• Ensuring implementation of policies and guidelines.
• Maintaining common and shared amenities.
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance requests.
• Communicating with residents and addressing homeowner concerns.
• Assisting in dispute resolution.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with legal administrative processes
• Knowledge of Onesite software is a plus

Specific Requirements: Looking for an experienced HOA Manager. Rent Manager software experience a plus.
