A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance operations. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing preventative maintenance programs, and leading a skilled maintenance team.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance programs
• Proven troubleshooting, team leadership, and continuous improvement skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the maintenance team
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Oversee equipment repairs and facility maintenance
• Control maintenance budgets and inventory
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote workplace safety
• Analyze downtime trends and implement process improvements
