In the role of Maintenance Lead working in Wheat Ridge, CO you will be accountable to deliver equipment reliability to a World Class Operation utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance practices to effectively manage maintenance planning and scheduling while optimizing resources, time, and material to execute preventative and predictive tasks. This role is responsible to coordinate and influence resources from maintenance, operations, and management to manage the RMBC maintenance program and ensure its efficient and timely execution.

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $95,700.00-$125,600.00(posting salary range) +10%target short term incentive+$23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
