How you will make an impact:

IES is a service business supporting divisions within AIG & LE by providing installation, preventative maintenance and repair.


Seeking a Finance Manager who will provide financial and business support to the global IES Operations team. This role will partner with Operations Leaders in sourcing, supply chain, EHS & quality to drive productivity and operational savings towards the P&L. The position holder will provide valuable decision support by leveraging data & analytics to identify and implement operational improvement opportunities.

What you will do:

• Lead AOP / QBR / STRAP/ MBR, in a matrixed financial forecast for Operations Finance

Help to communicate forecast outlook with cross-division financial partners to drive alignment.

• Lead data analysis for the business, using complex data and problem solving to drive productivity projects and P&L savings for the business.


• Develop high quality effective presentations (i.e. engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep)


• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes

Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, plus 6+ years of experience in finance, with demonstrated expertise in operations finance, reporting and business partnering

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Proven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), SAP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Power BI is preferred

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Proven business partner and influencer

• Continuous Improvement approach: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)

Travel requirements

Less than 10% domestic/international travel required

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.
