As a Machine Shop Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of 5–6 machinists specializing in CNC turning and milling operations. This role requires owning CNC programming responsibilities using Mastercam for both lathe and mill operations, driving quality and throughput on Doosan lathes with Fanuc controls and Haas mills, and managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) efficiently. You will supervise a press brake operator managing Cincinnati and other press brakes, without needing programming knowledge, and navigate the in-house ERP system for scheduling, work orders, and job tracking.

Work Environment
The work environment is a fairly laid-back, medium-sized shop with climate control. Although generally quiet, the shop requires quick turnaround times. The position is primarily on the first shift from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with optional hours on Fridays. Employees are encouraged to remain focused and productive under the guidance of a mellow supervisor.
