Equipment Maintenance Technician II – Loveland, CO
Schedule Options:

  • Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM OR Tuesday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM Overtime may be required.
  • Training Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (duration determined by hiring manager)
Pay: Tech II - $26.45 - $31.74 (Depending on experience) **plus $2 shift differential

Join Our Team as an Equipment Maintenance Technician II
If you’re an experienced maintenance professional who thrives on solving complex mechanical and electronic challenges, we want to meet you. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of advanced manufacturing equipment—including CNC mills/lathes, injection molding machines, SMT systems, Chemkey equipment, and manual machine tools. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring less experienced technicians and helping drive continuous improvement across the facility.
What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC mills/lathes and injection molding machines, including all electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Perform expert-level Preventive Maintenance, including injection molding screw changes and cleaning.
  • Manage CNC coolant changes and maintain the coolant program.
  • Ensure high uptime and performance of specialized Chemkey equipment.
  • Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
  • Develop work plans for emergency repairs on critical assets.
  • Support kaizen, DBS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Handle and properly dispose of chemical and non‑chemical waste, including hazardous materials.
  • Participate in daily team meetings focused on planning, problem-solving, and resource allocation.
  • Assist with design, implementation, and troubleshooting of both new and legacy equipment.
  • Cross-train in additional areas as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to recommend improvements to processes, machines, and procedures.
What You Bring
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC mills/lathes and injection molding machines.
  • Expert-level Preventive Maintenance skills with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success maintaining high uptime on Chemkey systems.
  • Strong track record of consistent, high-quality repair work.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to safety.
