Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for macOS devices (MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS-related issues on Apple devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
- Install, configure, and upgrade macOS and related applications
- Support email, VPN, printers, and network connectivity on Mac systems
- Work with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.) for device management
- Handle device provisioning, imaging, and deployment
- Ensure security compliance (patching, encryption, antivirus)
- Collaborate with IT teams for cross-platform support (Windows/Linux)
- Maintain documentation and provide end-user training when required
Required Skills
- Strong experience with macOS troubleshooting and administration
- Knowledge of Apple hardware and ecosystem
- Experience with MDM tools (Jamf Pro preferred)
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD integration
- Understanding of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Shell, or Python) is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
- Jamf Certified Associate/Admin
Nice to Have
- Experience in enterprise Mac environments
- Knowledge of security tools and compliance standards
- Exposure to cloud platforms (O365, Google Workspace)
