Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for macOS devices (MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS-related issues on Apple devices
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
  • Install, configure, and upgrade macOS and related applications
  • Support email, VPN, printers, and network connectivity on Mac systems
  • Work with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.) for device management
  • Handle device provisioning, imaging, and deployment
  • Ensure security compliance (patching, encryption, antivirus)
  • Collaborate with IT teams for cross-platform support (Windows/Linux)
  • Maintain documentation and provide end-user training when required

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with macOS troubleshooting and administration
  • Knowledge of Apple hardware and ecosystem
  • Experience with MDM tools (Jamf Pro preferred)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD integration
  • Understanding of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Shell, or Python) is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
  • Jamf Certified Associate/Admin

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise Mac environments
  • Knowledge of security tools and compliance standards
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (O365, Google Workspace)
