We work with homeowners, designers, architects, and builders to bring high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home renovations to life. From custom cabinetry to luxury plumbing and hardware, our showroom showcases some of the most beautiful products in the industry.
The Role
This is not a typical retail position.
We’re looking for someone who can guide clients through the selection process of decorative plumbing and hardware—helping them make decisions that are both functional and design-driven.
You’ll work directly with:
- Homeowners investing in major renovations
- Interior designers and trade professionals
- High-end product lines and custom solutions
If you have an eye for design, love working with people, and know how to close, this is a high-impact, high-reward role.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients in selecting decorative plumbing and hardware for their projects
- Translate design ideas into real product selections
- Build relationships with designers, builders, and repeat clients
- Present options, educate, and confidently guide decisions
- Collaborate with our in-house design team
- Follow through from initial consultation to final order
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales instincts—you know how to connect, guide, and close
- Polished, professional, and comfortable with high-end clientele
- Experience in a showroom, design, or client-facing sales role (decorative hardware, plumbing, design, etc.)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
- Experience in kitchen & bath, plumbing, or home improvement
- Existing relationships with designers or trade professionals
- Familiarity with luxury brands and materials
