Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Leasing Consultant located in Chicago, IL. The Luxury Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting prospective residents in finding their ideal apartment by providing tours, explaining lease terms, and showcasing properties. Responsibilities include maintaining positive tenant relations, completing lease administration tasks, ensuring resident retention, and delivering exceptional customer service to both current and prospective tenants. The role also involves working collaboratively with property management teams to meet occupancy goals.
