HAYS Recruitment has partnered with one of the largest privately-owned Real Estate firms in NYC, who are looking to hire a Leasing Consultant across their 3.5M sq ft residential portfolio.

Your new role

As the internal Leasing Consultant, you will support the Director of Leasing and onsite General Managers to drive occupancy and resident retention of a multifamily portfolio totaling 500 luxury rental units. Responsibilities will include marketing and listing of apartment homes, coordinating showings, conducting apartment tours, and supporting resident transfers and renewals.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Leasing Consultant position in NYC, candidates will possess the following:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury rental leasing
• Ability to understand and communicate lease terminology/documentation effectively with residents
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
