High-traffic, State-of-the-art FacilityPrevious Service Advisor Experience in a Dealership or Shop, OR Relevant Experience in Auto Sales or Technician Roles Preferred.
A busy, well-established luxury dealership in the Charlotte market is seeking a professional, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you’re experienced, efficient, and skilled at building lasting relationships, this is the type of environment where your expertise will be valued and rewarded.
We have a high-traffic shop with a strong customer base, consistent repair orders, and leadership that recognizes and rewards your contributions.
Have experience in automotive sales or as a technician? This could be your next smart career move. Experience in motorcycle, RV, or marine dealership sales or service is also welcome! We’re open to training motivated candidates who understand dealership operations and want to grow into a service-driven role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers and walk them through the repair process
- Write accurate repair orders and provide clear estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed and build long-term trust
- Maintain strong CSI through professional, honest communication
- Work efficiently in a team-focused environment
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive, RV, Powersports, or Marine)
- OR relevant experience in automotive sales or technician roles and a strong desire to transition
- Luxury / high-line experience
- Strong people skills - you know how to build rapport and keep customers coming back
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure
- Familiar with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, DealerTrack, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Someone who wants to stay long-term and be part of a stable, respected team
