Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles using stateâ€'ofâ€'theâ€'art tools and OEM training resources
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, tires, and fluid services
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory scan tools and equipment
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and safety guidelines
- Document findings and recommended repairs clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely, highâ€'quality service
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold dealership and brand standards
What You Bring:
- Automotive dealership experience required
- Luxury brand experience preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE certifications or manufacturer training a plus (not required)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction
