Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Logistics Manager is a hands-on role assisting cross-functional teams with supply chain management, procurement, purchasing, and shipping and receiving. Primary responsibilities will include utilizing a modern Materials Resource Planning (MRP) system to fully plan, execute, and maintain continuity from raw materials to finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining preventative maintenance programs on shop equipment, inventory management duties, annual inventory counts, and periodic cycle counting as needed.

Qualifications

Must be proficient with modern, computer-based MRP/ERP systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Great attention to detail
Proficient computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to lift 40lbs

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to operate a forklift
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other similar quality standards
