💰 $80K–$100K + Bonus
A growing operation is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead distribution, inventory, and transportation across a high-volume facility. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory control
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics and coordinate shipments and drivers
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor inventory, track shipments, and resolve supply chain issues
• Lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and productivity tracking
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain facility/equipment standards
• Analyze data and report on KPIs to improve performance
What You Bring
• Experience in logistics, distribution, and warehouse leadership
• Strong inventory control and data analysis skills (Excel required)
• Experience with fleet/transportation coordination
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
