Logistics Clerk (Imports and Exports) Needed Immediately

PrideStaff is seeking a Logistics Clerk for a client in the Hoover area to join their Imports and Exports Department.

  • Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Location: Hoover, AL

  • Duration: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and verify loads information.
  • Resolve and follow up on supply problems.
  • Coordinate communication with other internal departments.
  • Manage shipment records and retain purchase orders.
  • Process orders with numerous suppliers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Preferred: Experience in imports, exports, or general transportation logistics (ocean, air, or inland freight).
