Mortgage Servicing Analyst
(Contract – 12 Months) | Up to $29/hr | Hybrid (Coppell, TX or Tempe, AZ)
We are seeking a Mortgage Servicing Analyst to support a high-volume servicing oversight team on a 12-month contract assignment.
Location: Coppell, TX or Tempe, AZ (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite/week)
Pay: Up to $29/hr
Duration: 12 months contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support for inquiries and escalations, ensuring SLA adherence
- Coordinate with internal teams and leadership for issue resolution and follow-ups
- Monitor servicing systems and reporting tools to identify escalations
- Review mortgage loans, including early to late-stage delinquency accounts
- Partner with external vendors to track and resolve servicing escalations
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking volumes, aging, response times, and trends
- Assess servicing issues for client impact and ensure proper communication flow
- Support servicing oversight team members and assist with ad hoc projects
Required Experience:
- MUST have mortgage servicing experience
- 3–5 years in mortgage servicing / client services (loan onboarding, servicing, or default management)
- Knowledge of escrow, insurance, tax tracking, and payment processing
- Understanding of mortgage servicing regulations
- Strong ability to meet turnaround times in a high-volume environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
