Summary:

This position is a skilled role supporting various Channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Job Description:

• Perform complex data and document validation
• Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions
• Complete appraisal eligibility tasks
• Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
• Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
