About the Opportunity
This is a rare chance to plug into an established, high-volume pipeline with consistent deal flow coming from:
- Past clients
- Client referrals
- Realtor and partner relationships
You’ll focus on what you do best: advising clients, structuring loans, and delivering an elite experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and convert a steady flow of warm inbound leads
- Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing
- Structure deals across a wide range of loan products
- Deliver exceptional communication and service to clients and partners
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with a highly experienced operations team to ensure smooth closings

Compensation

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of mortgage origination experience
- Strong product knowledge across:
- Conventional, FHA, VA
- Non-QM mortgages
- HELOCs
- Second mortgages
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple files at once
- A likable, relationship-first professional who clients trust
