As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will learn our process over the course of three months, with the opportunity to grow into a Mortgage Loan Officer role. Our goal is to develop individuals who go on to build long-term, successful careers in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Call interested home buyers
• Build rapport with clients
• Qualify leads and transfer to Loan Officers
• Learn about qualifications for a mortgage loan
• Gain knowledge of the mortgage loan process from start to finish

Preferred Background

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
• College degree preferred
• NMLS license not required

Schedule & Location

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
• Fully on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
