Job Title: eDiscovery Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX 77002 (Onsite role)
Duration: 3 months contract to start
Pay-rate: $30-33/hr.

Role Overview:
Seeking an eDiscovery Case Coordinator to support company matters and grow into an eDiscovery Project Manager (eDPM) role. The candidate will shadow experienced eDPMs, gain hands-on exposure to workflows, and support multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily eDiscovery tasks across multiple matters with guidance
- Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams (collections, processing, review, production)
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and matter status (trackers, spreadsheets)
- Maintain timelines, task lists, and status reports
- Monitor processing, review progress, and production schedules; escalate risks
- Perform basic QC checks on data and productions
- Maintain documentation (decision logs, production logs, chain of custody)
- Provide status updates and flag issues clearly
- Troubleshoot basic workflow issues and escalate when needed
- Follow and support consistent, defensible eDiscovery workflows
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal ops, or legal technology
- Basic understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle (collection, processing, review, production)
- Experience working with attorneys and/or vendors
- Familiarity with Relativity, RelativityOne, or similar review platforms
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (trackers, logs, reports)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RelativityOne and/or Nuix Discover
- Ability to run basic searches, reports, and exports (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt writing
- Experience supporting multiple matters in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to ESI protocols, protective orders, and production specs
- Exposure to data processing workflows and exception handling
