LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Malpractice / Insurance Defense Paralegal with 2–3 years of experience in West Palm Beach, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented paralegal looking to grow within a collaborative legal team while maintaining some flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in medical malpractice and insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
- Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Coordinate and track medical records, authorizations, and expert files
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation
- Maintain case calendars and filing deadlines
- E‑file documents in Florida state courts and manage case files
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on medical malpractice and/or insurance defense
- Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e‑filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
