Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Miami, FL (100% Onsite)

Key Highlights of the Role:
Work closely with attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case inception through post-trial
Manage case files, including organizing, maintaining, and utilizing documents and materials efficiently
Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing for depositions, and managing document production
Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and coordinating witness schedules
Conduct legal and factual research using tools such as Westlaw and other platforms
Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, notices, and briefs
Coordinate filings, ensure proper service, and maintain compliance with federal and state court procedures
Assist with post-trial filings and appellate preparation as needed
Maintain accurate timekeeping records and support additional departmental tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a law firm
Strong experience handling complex litigation matters and supporting attorneys through trial
Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal certification preferred (Certified Paralegal is a plus)
Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw), e-filing systems, and litigation software such as Relativity
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime and occasional off-site or courthouse assignments
