Litigation Paralegal

The Gulfport office of Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith is growing and seeks a full time Litigation Paralegal!

Individual must be detail oriented and able to work on a team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and summarizing medical records, deposition testimony and plaintiff's discovery responses.
• Requesting records by obtaining authorizations or issuing Subpoenas.
• Scheduling depositions.
• Preparing records for document production.
• Retaining experts; and preparing deposition, mediation and trial binders.

Paralegal degree, certificate or 3+ years of paralegal experience in a civil defense law firm preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
