Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience required
  • Experience supporting matters involving foreclosure, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, real estate disputes, or related litigation strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare legal filings, motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and case-related documentation
  • Knowledge of court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation workflows in state and federal courts
  • Experience managing multiple active cases and coordinating deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Familiarity with mortgage, title, or loan-related documentation is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Experience working with litigation tracking and document management platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join a growing legal team in Phoenix. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in a high-volume litigation environment and enjoy taking ownership of case management responsibilities from initiation through resolution.

The selected candidates will work closely with attorneys and stakeholders to support active litigation matters, maintain case progression, coordinate filings, and ensure adherence to court deadlines and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of active litigation files while monitoring critical deadlines and case milestones
  • Draft and revise legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests, disclosures, and correspondence
  • Coordinate electronic filings in state and federal courts and ensure compliance with applicable procedural rules
  • Maintain accurate case records, calendars, and litigation tracking systems
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors regarding case activity
  • Review supporting documentation and organize evidence, records, and exhibits for litigation matters
  • Assist attorneys with hearing preparation, case strategy implementation, and ongoing file management
  • Monitor case progress and proactively identify upcoming deadlines or required actions
