Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join a client’s team in Charlotte, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within a collaborative, fast-paced litigation environment, providing direct, hands-on support across a diverse and complex range of matters.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, and employment-related filings
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, witnesses, courts, and expert partners
  • Organize, analyze, and summarize discovery, including depositions and personnel records
  • Assist with all phases of trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and electronic presentations
  • Manage e-discovery platforms, document productions, and maintain electronic case files
  • File documents in both federal and state courts in compliance with applicable rules
  • Provide additional litigation and employment law support to attorneys as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of paralegal experience in litigation, ideally within business litigation and/or employment law
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and billing software
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with e-discovery tools and electronic court filing systems
  • Prior exposure to trial preparation or complex case management is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
