- Provide direct administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling employment-related defense litigation ma

tters.- Manage correspondence, phone calls, emails, client communications, court clerk interactions, vendor communications, calendars, and deadline foll

ow-up.- Assist with all phases of litigation discovery, hearing preparation, arbitration preparation, deposition coordination, mediation coordination, and trial prepar

ation.- Prepare, format, proofread, bates number, redact, and e-file legal documents with Florida state and federal c

ourts.- Maintain organized physical and electronic files, support conflict checks and client intake, and coordinate meeting arrange

ments.- Process monthly expense reports and assist with time entry review, revisions, and related administrative tasks as requ
