What You’ll Do

As a key member of the litigation support team, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple litigation attorneys and timekeepers
  • Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing internal and external meeting requests
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Schedule meetings, prepare conference rooms, and arrange meals
  • Draft, format, proofread, and finalize litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and settlement materials
  • E‑file court documents and ensure filings comply with jurisdictional rules
  • Maintain and docket critical litigation deadlines, including hearings, mediations, trials, and discovery cutoffs
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications with discretion and professionalism
  • Enter and submit daily attorney time entries accurately and timely
  • Partner with Accounting to support billing accuracy, paperless proformas, expense reimbursements, and invoice preparation
  • Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining strict confidentiality


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a litigation-focused legal administrative assistant (required)
  • Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department strongly preferred
  • Exposure to multiple areas of law is a plus
  • Some college preferred; legal studies or paralegal background a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle competing deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
