The SF office of the firm seeks a Litigation Assistant to provide high-level litigation and administrative support to multiple attorneys, ensuring efficient case management through document preparation, coordination, scheduling, and communication with clients and courts.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
Manage court filings (state and federal), ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures
Coordinate attorney calendars, including court dates, depositions, and client meetings
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, counsel, and court personnel
Track deadlines, manage case logistics, and handle billing and administrative support
Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation support experience in a law firm environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., iManage)
Solid understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and court rules
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Salary: Up to 105K, depending on experience.
