We’re looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Orphans’ Court Litigation team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career litigator to work on meaningful cases involving estates, trusts, and guardianships while growing in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in Orphans’ Court proceedings, including estate disputes, guardianships, and trust administration
- Provide strategic legal counsel on complex estate and fiduciary matters
- Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and briefs
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation strategy
- Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of litigation experience with strong case outcomes
- Experience in the Pennsylvania state court system
- Hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Solid understanding of litigation processes (probate/estate experience is a plus)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
