A well-established, multi-state law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its Houston office. This role focuses on complex property-related disputes, land use matters, and commercial litigation, with significant exposure to infrastructure and energy-related projects.
Qualified candidates will have at least seven (7) years of litigation experience, including substantial work involving property rights, land acquisition, and related disputes. The practice includes representing clients involved in large-scale infrastructure development, including utilities and other entities requiring access to private property for construction and expansion projects.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing matters from pre-suit strategy through final resolution and will have experience handling all stages of property acquisition disputes, including early access issues, valuation disputes, administrative proceedings, and trial-level litigation involving both entitlement and damages.
