Litigation Associate Attorney

Holtzman Vogel, a national political, regulatory and litigation law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 2-3 years of experience to work on our litigation practice team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is not a remote position.

Candidates will have experience in some or all of the following and will handle a combination of:

• State and federal court litigation experience in Utah
• Litigation in the areas of appellate, constitutional, election and redistricting law
• Commercial litigation
• Government investigations and white collar defense
• Land use and environmental litigation
• Tax law litigation

Applicant requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience with complex litigation matters within a law firm environment
• Judicial clerkship is a plus
• State and federal court litigation experience in Utah
• Commitment to client service
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Great attention to detail
• Sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and work as a team player under the pressure of deadlines and client needs
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Enjoys working in a team environment
