Who You Are:

  • You’ve argued motions, taken depositions, and feel confident in a courtroom.

  • You bring initiative to your caseload and don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • You want to grow in a collaborative team that values proactive legal thinkers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent developers, contractors, and design professionals in high-stakes construction disputes.
  • Engage in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial.
  • Work side-by-side with partners who are both mentors and litigators.
  • Join a culture that rewards initiative, sharp legal reasoning, and results.

  • Florida Bar in good standing
  • Prior experience in construction or commercial litigation
