Litigation Attorney

A respected litigation firm in Atlanta is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join its dynamic trial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in civil litigation looking to manage a meaningful caseload and work within a collaborative, high-performing legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, motion hearings, and trial proceedings

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven caseload with attention to detail

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $220,000. Compensation within this range may vary based on geography/market conditions, experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
