General description
Performs advanced to highly advanced supervisory legal work, providing strategic and operational leadership over all Division functions for the Office's Civil Litigation divisions. As a licensed attorney, the Director bridges legal strategy and technology — making defensible decisions about eDiscovery scope and proportionality, overseeing privilege-review workflow design, advising on discovery disputes, and ensuring Division operations align with the legal obligations and tactical objectives of the trial teams the Division serves.
