This is a full-time Litigation Attorney role requiring 3-7 years of experience, based on-site in Miami, FL. The attorney will handle a range of litigation tasks, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, and contributing to trial preparations. The role involves working closely with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to clients and ensure effective case management. Based on case requirements, the attorney may also appear in court for hearings and trials.

• Strong foundation in legal knowledge, including experience in litigation and legal practice.
• Proficiency in drafting and filing motions, along with related legal documentation skills.
• Experience handling court proceedings, including representing clients in hearings and trials.
• Skills related to depositions, including conducting or participating in them as part of case preparation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in the Florida Bar.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Prior experience in business or commercial litigation is a plus.
