Litigation Associate

Mid-level Litigation Associate - New York and Washington, DC

Our client is an international firm, seeking an associate for its Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team in New York or Washington D.C. The base salary range offered for this role will be between $260,000 and $390,000.

Qualifications

• JD class years 2022-2024 are ideal.
• Significant complex commercial litigation experience, including drafting and filing legal pleadings, discovery, and motions, running discovery and document production in large cases, and taking or defending depositions.
• Clerkship experience, particularly at the federal level, is also preferred.
• New York State Bar or District of Columbia bar is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
