Litigation Associate

Principle Recruiting is partnering with a Chambers-ranked boutique labor & employment and business litigation firm to add a litigation associate to its Los Angeles office.

The firm represents Fortune 500 companies in class, collective, and PAGA actions and complex business litigation nationwide, with a deep California track record.

The Role

• High-stakes class, collective, PAGA, and complex business litigation matters for Fortune 500 clients
• Substantive work and meaningful responsibility from day one, supported by genuine mentorship and a collegial culture

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary: $215,000–$335,000, commensurate with experience
• Hybrid schedule
• Strong mentorship and a collegial, supportive culture

What We're Looking For

• 2–7 years of business or commercial litigation experience (labor & employment experience is a major plus)
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Strong academic and professional record
