The incoming attorney will lead complex matters for a diverse portfolio of institutional clients, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to emerging disruptors across multiple sectors. Role Responsibilities
- Manage a heavy caseload of high-stakes commercial disputes from inception through resolution.
- Develop and execute creative legal strategies for sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional litigation.
- Take a primary role in discovery, oral advocacy, and high-level motion practice.
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients to navigate complex regulatory and business challenges.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Trial Skills: Proven "stand-up" experience, including participation in trials, evidentiary hearings, or final arbitrations.
- Academic Background: Exceptional academic pedigree is required. Candidates should have graduated at the top of their class or from a nationally recognized, top-tier law school.
- Core Competencies: Elite-level research, writing, and discovery management skills are non-negotiable. We are looking for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Preferred Credentials: Prior experience serving as a Federal Judicial Clerk is highly valued.
