Litigation Associate Opportunity | Am Law 200 Law Firm | Raleigh, NC

Role Overview:

• Join the Litigation Practice Group in the Raleigh office
• Handle a range of complex litigation matters
• 4–7 years of litigation experience required
• Experience with medical negligence, premises liability, product liability, or complex torts preferred
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions
• Argue motions in court
• Work closely with a collaborative team across offices
• Primarily onsite with some flexibility depending on office

Requirements:

• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials (top 25% required)
• Hands on litigation experience including depositions and motion practice
• Motivated and team-oriented mindset
