Litigation Associate

Berger Montague
Philadelphia, PA

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS DIFFERENT

Most firms make you choose between sophisticated commercial litigation and meaningful work. At Berger Montague, you don’t have to.

Our Commercial Litigation Group handles high-stakes federal and state court matters for business clients across the country. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes — from contract and business tort claims to fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and more. We work on contingency and novel fee arrangements, which means we are singularly focused on results. We go up against the biggest firms in the country and we win.

This is a position for an attorney who wants to run complex commercial cases, not doing document review. You will take depositions, argue motions, and drive case strategy alongside some of the most experienced commercial litigators in the country.

Our track record speaks for itself: $1.6 billion in MF Global, $55.5 million in Peregrine Financial, and dozens of other significant wins for business clients. This is high-stakes commercial litigation with the resources and reputation to match.
