Litigation Associate (1–4 Years)

Offit Kurman is seeking a junior Litigation Associate to join our growing Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of complex litigation matters while working closely with a collaborative and experienced team.

About the Role:

This position offers exposure to a diverse commercial litigation practice, including dispute resolution, toxic and mass tort litigation. The role is highly interactive and requires in-office presence in Philadelphia for training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support matters through all phases of litigation, from inception through resolution
• Prepare cases for trial, including strategy development and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate filings
• Manage and review complex discovery and document productions
• Participate in mediations and arbitrations

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of litigation experience (mass/toxic tort experience is a plus)
• Admitted to practice in PA and/or NJ
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability and willingness to work in-office in Philadelphia the majority of the time for training and collaboration
