Associate Attorney: Pre-Litigation Personal Injury

A nationally recognized personal injury firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing legal team. The firm is guided by core values including compassionate client care, accessibility, resourcefulness, trust and transparency, personalized service, and a commitment to maximizing outcomes.

The organization is experiencing intentional growth, supported by strong systems, disciplined scaling, and a collaborative team culture focused on both excellence and empathy. This role will play a key part in driving structured case progression, client communication, and pre-suit negotiations.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate understands that success in pre-litigation is driven by timely case movement, effective client communication, and strategic negotiation—not just legal knowledge. This position focuses on early case development, evaluation, and efficiently advancing matters toward resolution prior to litigation.

The attorney will collaborate closely with pre-litigation paralegals and cross-functional teams to ensure each case is positioned for the best possible outcome.
