Position Overview

A well-established Honolulu-based law firm serving a diverse client base, from large national corporations to local businesses and individuals, seeks a Litigation Associate to support its expanding practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business, commercial, and financial matters in a collaborative environment, with exposure to high-profile cases and a strong emphasis on professional development and client service.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients across all stages of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate matters
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis and recommendations
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex legal matters and case strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Hawaii
• 2 to 5+ years of litigation experience preferred
