We are seeking a full-time Litigation Associate to join our team on-site in Costa Mesa, CA. The candidate will handle all stages of litigation, including preparing legal motions, conducting thorough research, participating in depositions, and representing clients in courts. The role requires collaboration with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our clients while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

• Proficiency in litigation processes, including drafting and filing legal motions.
• Strong research skills to support case strategies and legal arguments.
• Experience in handling depositions and preparing supporting documentation.
• Familiarity with court procedures and the ability to represent clients effectively in hearings and trials.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
