A highly regarded Northern New Jersey law firm is growing its litigation practice and seeking Litigation Associate Attorneys in the Clifton/Montclair area.

This opportunity is well suited for a litigation associate who wants to move beyond a narrow role and take on more meaningful work with direct access to an experienced senior partner. Associates will have the chance to work on a sophisticated mix of employment litigation, commercial litigation, public-sector matters, administrative proceedings, and general civil litigation.

The practice offers the kind of experience many associates are looking for: substantive writing, motion practice, client interaction, case strategy, court and agency exposure, and the opportunity to become an important part of a growing team.

Employment litigation experience is especially attractive, but the firm is open to strong litigators with broader civil, commercial, insurance coverage, public entity, or general litigation backgrounds.

This is a strong fit for an attorney with approximately 2–7 years of litigation experience who wants:

• A broader litigation platform in Northern New Jersey
• More responsibility than a traditional junior associate role
• Exposure to employment, commercial, public-sector, administrative, and civil litigation matters

New Jersey bar admission is required. Strong research, writing, and litigation judgment are important.

Compensation: Expected range of $140,000–$190,000, depending on experience.
