Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS") is responsible for the management, marketing and sale of cash concentration and deposit management solutions to Treasury Services (TS) clients. In order to deliver the right mix of liquidity solutions to our clients, L&AS works closely with business partners across the wider JP Morgan organization - from the firm's Corporate Treasury, to JP Morgan Asset Management and JP Morgan Securities Inc. In this role you will deepen our understanding of the priorities of our client (Treasurer), draft clear and concise communication on our value proposition, and build a robust commercial strategy in partnership with sales team. You will be the gatekeeper of the content that the business provides to sales teams both in terms of training and client collaterals. Ensure there is clear angle on client needs, the benefit of the offering are well articulated and approach is truly solutions oriented. You will also partner with functional areas to revamp marketing materials and articulate a clear value proposition for L&AS, and ensure this message is consistent across channels (client meetings, events, digital content, etc.)
Job responsibilities:
- Become the liaison in the region to gather client feedback, articulate uses cases and assess the potential of new product initiatives
- Partner with bankers and treasury sales to identify industry trends and develop relevant content for clients
- Accelerate the implementation of next gen global solutions, by identifying client opportunities and connecting regional and global stakeholders
- Develop business cases and accelerate the implementation of new solutions, by connecting with partners in critical support functions, other lines of business and regions
- Translate product aspirations into specific goals by client industry and country, and articulate product strategy for key clients. Set management cadence to track progress
- Lever on central data to provide insights on portfolio trends and set action plans
- Track our performance against share of wallet and acquisition goals
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Payments or Liquidity Management (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Execution-oriented self-starter who likes to take initiative and is able to deliver in efficient and effective ways
- A strong communicator who excels at messaging of solutions
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrating experience of operating successfully within larger cross functional organizations
- Solid background on presenting and communicating to senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and strategic skills, and organizational, administration and project management competencies.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Demonstrated ability to actively engage in cross-functional dialogues involving current market dynamics with senior audience within client organizations
- Understanding of industry trends and ability to connect with global peers to lead the strategic agenda of the product (how to reach the next level)
